Absolute agility and maximum stability

At the heart of the OMT450c lies DAST® – Dynamic Adaptive Stiffness Technology, a modular chassis that combines carbon fiber with ergal alloy joints. The two main carbon beams are bolted to precision-machined connectors, allowing each individual component to be replaced without having to disassemble the entire bike.

This modular approach enables rapid chassis adjustments between heats, providing a real competitive advantage as track grip conditions change. It also significantly reduces setup time and increases flexibility during race operations.

Carbon fiber bodywork

The carbon fiber bodywork represents the perfect balance between lightness, strength and performance. Made with high-quality materials, it guarantees a significant weight reduction and greater structural rigidity, improving agility and control on the track. Every component is carefully designed to offer a clean and aggressive look, in true flat track style, combining functionality and aesthetics without compromise.

Wheels

Developed together with BartFactory, the wheels are engineered to deliver high structural rigidity and low weight. This results in greater responsiveness during direction changes, improved high-speed stability and enhanced riding feel.

Oversized radiator

Thanks to the removal of the front lower frame crossmember, it was possible to develop a custom oversized radiator with a curved profile, optimizing airflow to the engine. This solution improves cooling efficiency and ensures consistent performance even in the most extreme conditions.

Slipper clutch

Supplied as standard equipment, the Radial Clutch slipper clutch is designed to deliver greater stability under the heaviest braking, reduce rear-wheel lock-up during downshifts, and improve control on corner entry, giving the rider a smoother, more precise and safer ride.

Exhaust system

The full titanium exhaust system is custom-developed by QD Exhaust, ensuring reduced weight, improved power delivery and optimized exhaust gas flow, with tangible benefits in terms of performance, engine responsiveness and overall efficiency.

Adjustable suspension

Adjustable suspension comes as standard to offer maximum control and adaptability in every condition. With a factory setup specifically designed for flat track, it guarantees stability, traction and precision on corner entry and exit. The ability to easily adjust the parameters allows the rider to customize the bike's behavior according to their riding style and track surface.

Special parts

The billet CNC-machined triple clamps and ergal components developed by Geco Specialparts are engineered to deliver outstanding manufacturing precision, structural lightness and high mechanical strength, helping improve the bike’s rigidity, reliability and dynamic response. CNC machining from solid ensures extremely tight tolerances and consistent quality, while the customizable anodized finish, available in a range of colors, combines surface protection, long-term durability and distinctive styling.
